James is a hospitality operator based in Los Angeles and the founding force behind Longtable. Born in the UK, shaped in Europe, and established in Australia, he spent over a decade building and leading food-led concepts for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and multi-venue hospitality groups.
With a background in business and deep operational experience, James works at the intersection of food, brand and execution; translating creative ideas into service-ready systems.
James focuses on helping hospitality businesses scale with clarity, discipline and intent, building operations that are financially sound, operationally resilient and culturally relevant.
JANICE ISIDRO
CREATIVE MARKETING DIRECTOR
With over 15 years’ experience building brands, Janice has worked as a creative director and brand strategist across hospitality, lifestyle and culture. She partners closely with founders to shape positioning, brand identity and go-to-market strategy — helping ideas move from concept to execution with clarity.
At Longtable, Janice focuses on aligning creative direction with business reality, guiding decision-making as restaurants grow so brand, experience and long-term vision stay intact.
She believes the strongest brands are built with intention — not noise — and that clarity is a competitive advantage.
